This is a stunning museum quality jet-black Megalodon tooth that I found diving recently in 40 feet of water near Savannah GA. Unlike many Megalodon teeth that come from outside of the US this is a very heavy and stable museum quality tooth.  You almost never find a Jet-Black tooth this nice anywhere.  These teeth are favorites of collectors because they are hard to find.  The black enamel and root are in top condition.
