This is a giant Museum Quality hastalis (Mako) tooth. The Isurus hastalis Mako was a direct ancestor of the modern Great White Shark. It measures 2-2/3″ long and over 1-3/4″ wide. The enamel and root are in great condition. No tooth is perfect but this is in the top 10% of all hastalis teeth that I find. Includes certificate of authenticity and display stand.
