Giant Super Sharp Posterior Georgia River Megalodon Shark Tooth

This is a giant Super Sharp posterior Megalodon tooth that I found diving recently in 40 feet of water near Savannah GA.  It measures just under 3-3/4″ long and over 3-1/3″ wide which is huge for a posterior tooth.  The enamel has a chip on the right side near the root but it is mostly intact. the root and bourrelet are in very nice condition. The serrations are sharp and most are in place including the tip. It is a nice tooth that will add to any collection. Includes display stand, certificate of authenticity.

Scientists believe these giant sharks cruised the waters off the East Coast 3-10 Million years ago and grew to 60 feet long.  I dive in 40 to 100 feet of water to find the fossilized teeth I sell.   I can be reached at [email protected] with any questions.
