Giant Top Quality Jet-Black Megalodon Shark Tooth

This is a giant top quality jet-black Megalodon tooth that I found diving recently in 40 feet of water near Savannah GA. It measures 3-7/8″ long and 3-1/4″ wide.  This is in the top 10% of all the black teeth that I find. The black enamel is in top condition and the root has just a small chip off the top but is otherwise flawless.  The serrations are super sharp and just about every one is in place  including the tip.  It is a stunning black tooth that will add to any collection. Includes display stand and certificate of authenticity.

Scientists believe these giant sharks cruised the waters off the East Coast 3-10 Million years ago and grew to 60 feet long.  I dive in 40 to 100 feet of water to find the fossilized teeth I sell.   I can be reached at [email protected] with any questions.
