This is an awesome polished Megalodon tooth. Because it has been exposed to sand and gravel for many years, the blade has been ground and polished to a glossy shine. Pyrite has been added to the tip to strengthen a crack in the blade. It is very stable now. I found it diving in 100 feet of water near Wilmington NC.
