Massive Symmetrical Collector Quality hastalis “Mako” Shark Tooth Necklace.

This is a giant museum quality hastalis (Mako) White Shark tooth necklace. It measures 2-3/4″ long and 1-7/8″ wide. This shark was a direct ancestor of the modern Great White but it had been known for years as a fossilized Mako tooth by collectors. Still many collectors call it a Mako. The blade and root are in excellent condition. It has been double wrapped for added strength in a durable black coated aluminum wire. It comes with a 20″ black necklace cord. It is a beautiful tooth at a great price.
