Massive Pathological Collector Quality Megalodon Shark Tooth

  This is a massive pathological collector quality Megalodon tooth that I found diving recently in 40 feet of water near Savannah GA. The bubble on the non-display side enamel could possibly be from an infection in the tooth. Maybe caused by a stingray Barb or something else getting lodged in the tooth. It measures over 5-1/4″ long and over 3-1/4″ wide. This is in the top 20% of all that I find. The enamel and root are in nice condition. The serrations are sharp and most are in place. It is a stunning tooth that will add to any collection.

Scientists believe these giant sharks cruised the waters off the East Coast 3-10 Million years ago and grew to 60 feet long.  I dive in 40 to 100 feet of water to find the fossilized teeth I sell.   I can be reached at [email protected] with any questions. Includes display stand, certificate of authenticity.
