Museum Quality hastalis (Mako) Shark Tooth Necklace

This is a stunning museum quality hastalis “Mako” White Shark tooth necklace.  This shark was a direct ancestor of the modern Great White Shark but it had been known for years as a fossilized Mako tooth until it was reclassified. Still many collectors call it a Mako.  The blade and root are in very nice condition. It has been double wrapped for added strength in a durable black coated copper wire. It comes with a black necklace. It is a stunning tooth at a great price.
