This is a stunning museum quality hastalis (Mako) Shark tooth necklace. This shark was a direct ancestor of the modern Great White but it had been known for years as a fossilized Mako tooth by collectors. Still many collectors call it a Mako. The blade and root are in excellent condition. It has been double wrapped for added strength in a durable tarnish resistant silver stainless wire. It comes with a 20″ black necklace cord.
